What does VariDesigns offer?
I sell all types of flooring. Tile, Hardwood, Laminate and Carpet. I work out of my home, so I have what l like to call a "traveling" show room. Basically, wherever you are, I come to you with ideas and samples and we tackle the project together in the comfort of your home. If you need installers, I also provide quality, professional installers who will really take care of your project carefully and skillfully.
I offer color and design consultations, which is a great tool when you are just "stuck." I charge by the hour, and you can pick my brain. Sometimes just changing the colors in your house is just enough to give you that new or custom feel that you've always wanted.
I offer personal shopping if what you need is a stylish, trained eye to help you choose your furniture and accessories.
I offer staging, which is a great tool if you are trying to sell a house. This is something new that a lot of realtors are using. I follow trends and have a great sense of what looks great. Sometimes just adding a few new things or changing some colors or re-positioning the furniture will give you that boost to draw in the homebuyer.
I offer decorative painting. This could be anything from a color wash to a fresco with a mural. I work with two artists who are amazing and can bring your home to life with textures, paint and creativity.
